Pool motor not working, new user

pool motor is shutting off after 10-15 seconds of start... I made a 17 seconds video on youtube, can you confirm if it could be a bad capacitor?

The pool motor model number is Emerson 1-1/2HP Full Rated EB2977T

Yes, it sounds like a bad cap.

The only mod I would make to the video is to use a screw driver instead of my wife's favorite nail file. I don't know what he was thinking! ;)
