Water not even with markings on liner. New liner install.

Hello all. I just put the liner in my AGP today. The liner was installed over a flat foam base with the foam cove. Pool has about 1 1/2 inches of water in the pool so far and I am noticing that the distance from the water to the stone design at the top of the liner is about two inches off from one end of the pool to the other. This is a 24' round pool. I do know that the foam bottom is a little lower on one side of the pool. The liner is a little tighter on that side of the pool as the water has began to stretch the liner and that is bringing the water level closer to the stone design. I am assuming that as the pool fills then the liner will continue to stretch as much on the higher end and all of this will even itself out?
