air and water leak

I have an interesting problem that I can use some help with
We have an above ground pool with 3 suction lines 2 skim and 1 main from the pool and 1 drain line from the attached overflow spa

1. I have both and air and water leak

We had an air leak for a couple of years that went away when I turned off one of the skimmers but no water leak

Now in addition I have a water leak that happens with or without pool being on but seems a bit worse with the pool on fairly substantial about 1.5 inches a day

It leaked down to the skimmers and looks like it stopped going down at this point

I plugged both skimmers with gizmos but still have an air leak of some amount
I filled the skimmer buckets with water as well to prevent leaks around the gizmos

My next plan was to fill up the pool leave in the gizmos and see if the pool holds its water does that make sense ???

if it is a skimmer line leak does any one know of a good product that can be used to plug a leak without lifting tonnes of ridgerock slabs with a back hoe LOL I saw one on the internet but it involved pumps and a 1000 dollar cost
