Newly repaired pool has cracks!

We bought a new home about a year ago which has a pool that had popped out of ground and had some cracks around the bottom in shallow end. After interviewing several contractors’ only two out of 7 contractors who saw the pool gave us a proposal. The one we chose was the only one that had a 2year warranty. The pool was leveled, the cracks were cut and filled with hydraulic cement and was re-plastered and filled last Saturday. After filling there are cracks appeared where the old ones where. I feed badly for the contractor but I cannot accept the pool this way. He suggests to polish the cracks to make the not visible but I would know that they are there. I would appreciate any advise.
