Clueless...
These are my chlorine levels and actions over the last couple of weeks... can anyone make sense of this?

How is it possible to be at 6ppm FC, add 4 gal of bleach (in the shade near dusk) and 2 hours later be at 3ppm FC? And how does CC jump 5.5ppm at the same time? Other info: no algea (vinyl liner not slippery); water is clear but still has a slight green tinge; no CYA yet; no other chemicals. I just don't get it. Haven't had a CC level below 2 which is still ridiculously high... but 16ppm??? Argh.
