A week after opening, water is still a cloudy white color

problem:
cloudy water a week after shocking. Water testing @ local store shows close to my test and they said to give it some time... Did not try to sell me a single item. Normally, it takes less than 48 hours for clear water. Filter running 24 hours a day and has been back washed 3-4 times a day. Stays @ 14 pounds almost all the time. Almost ZERO change in the last 5 days. sides and bottom are clean.

Pool: 11,000 fiberglass, 6 years old. No problems in the past opening.
