can you test the pressure to the cleaner?

My Letro Legend is acting pretty listless and not doing a very good job of cleaning. The booster pump is moving water, and water seems to come out of all the right places on the sweep unit. The strainer in where the pool sweep hose connects to the wall is clean. In short, no obvious problem.

I am wondering if my booster pump is failing and not pushing hard enough -- it is pretty loud when operating. How can I test the pressure that the booster pump is delivering to the pool sweep? Is there a device with a pressure gauge that I can plug into the wall instead of the Letro Legend? If so, I haven't been able to find it.
