I have a pool with rock waterfall and misc artificial rocks around it, I need to have pebbletec removed and add artificial rock copeing because the pebbletec comes out of water to deck. While the pebble is removed I want to add a rock seat to 2 sides in our pool, can I drill the concrete pool shell and epoxy rebar to form seat rock??
