replaster time

I have an inground 30,000g just outside Chattanooga, TN. It was built in 1980, and I've had it and the house since 2004. It's replaster time--not sure if it has ever been done, but it definitely was already pretty rough when I bought it.

Does anyone who may be in southeast tennessee / northwest Georgia have any recommendations (positive or negative) on contractors in this area?

Or questions to ask to be sure they know what they're doing?
