jandy aquapure 1400 chlorine generator

i keep losing chlorine in a 40000 gal. pool with three aquapure salt generators. Pool is balanced cyanuric is at 100 but keep losing chlorine.anyone know any solutions???

Is there such thing as too much cyanuric acid in salt generated chlorinating systems??

Please note corrected gallons; your pool is nowhere near 40,000, if the dimensions you gave me are correct.

I'm guessing this is a community pool? What is the daily bather load?
