Okay, guys I need a new solar blanked for when I open up the pool this year. The last one I had was the blue one, but I seem to remember reading on here that a clear one was better. Where can I find a clear one if that's the case. I've checked In The Swim and Leslie's (online) and neither of them carry a clear one. Can someone point me in the direction of a good cover for my 18' AG pool?

Best bet is to keep searching, I've also seen some really dark blue ones lately, they look like high quality ones, not sure how well tehy'd work, but if left on during the day you'd think they would attract a lot of heat being dark.
You may have to call some local pool shops to source what you want.
I got a clear one last year--LeisureLiving.com has them.
Carl, did the clear one work better than blue? I've got a blue one, and have only had marginal success with it.
I also ordered from leisureliving.com. It should be here tomorrow. I'll let you know how it is.
