Lighting - Dry Niche Pool Light - Type?

Hello all,

Been looking around on the forum for a while now reading and learning from you guys. I am planning on putting a 16x32 rectangular pool in this fall or early spring. I have been thinking about pool lights and trying to determine what type (LED or Regular Flood). Can you guys share your exerience of LED vs. regular flood?

Also, can you tell me where I can pick up a dry niche that is accessible from the cement skirt around the pool?
