Hello! We just purchased a 24' x 52" above ground pool by aqua leader. Its still in the boxes and we are awaiting installation next week. We were advised by friends to buy the Perfect Pool Bottom to prevent rocks and grasses from coming up through the sand and puncturing the liner. Will the extra reinforcemnt also protect against moles? If not, are there any solutions before we install and have problems?

I'm not familiar with the Perfect Pool Bottom product, so I don't know how it does with grass and rocks, but I doubt it's going to help with moles. Moles tunnel under the ground, so the damage they're going to do would be collapse of the sand/dirt under the pool when the tunnels cave in. It won't be a problem with liner puntures, but it can be a real problem when trying to keep the pool level.

The unfortunate bottom line here is that the only thing we've heard of, that protects against moles is killing them.
