Replacement power cables for Robot

I need to replace my power cable (the low voltage cable leading from the transformer to the vac) on my Aquavac Pinnacle 2000. Its nicked in a couple places and kinked from a few years of use. Went to buy it online at Poolcenter, and came to find out it costs $188! There can't be more than $40 worth of materials in the thing.

What I'm wondering is if anyone knows what type of cable this is exactly (manufacturer, model). If I knew I'm sure I could find it online. The cable is a little unique because it has a rubber sheath that provides a certain buyancy, not to mention its pretty heavy duty.
