I cannot get the pump to change speeds manually. I've followed directions but no luck. If I hold the up arrow (top arrow) down the pump will speed up and hold until I shut it down and then when I restart it it goes back to normal. I tried playing with the buttons and arrows but nothing. Pump runs great otherwise and is 3yrs. old. Any advice?
