Carboys and liquid pool chlorine

I have happened upon a brand new 5 gallon carboy that will be perfect for getting loaded with liquid chlorine. Trick is, not sure where to find outfits that will fill them up for me vs. have me buy all those prefilled jugs. The looks I get at WalMart and Target are withering - especially when I clear out their entire stock.

Does anyone on the forum know of resources for this in the NY/NJ/PA?CT area? I live in zip code 12575 and can easily travel to the NY metro area, northeastern to central NJ, Hudson Valley region of NY state, Fairfield CT, eastern PA . . .
