Problems with my intellichlor IC-40

Hi All, I have a Pentair Intellichlor IC-40 SWG. My red no salt light is always on and my cell light is allways off, so it is not generating any chlorine. I have had my salt levels checked numerous times by two different pool places and they are around 3500ppm. My water temperature is right around eighty degrees, and all my other chemical variables are where they are supposed to be. I have heard that there is a field calibration you can do to this unit to reset it for the salt level and get the lights to go green as they should. My question is, can anybody tell me this calibration procedure. I have tried clicking on a link that some in here have suggested but I cannot get it to open. If somebody could give me the step by step procedure it would be greatly appriciated. Thank you.
