Connecting Pentair MobileTouch2 to i5 system

We moved into a house with a pool. The existing MobileTouch remote was broken, so the home warrant company sent us a new one. The only problem is the delivery man didn't program it. I call him a delivery man because 'pool man' would be a disgrace to his profession. I was not pleased with his level of service.

I have verified as best as I can that it's wired up correctly. However, I cannot get it connected. I have followed the directions in the manual to the letter. When it attempts to retrieve data is says, "There was an error retrieving the data. Press any button to return to the previous screen.".

Please help a frustrated new pool owner, :).

I had to put this issue aside because of other things. I am back trying to get it connected and still couldn't get it connected tonight.
