I just had my 22,000g IG replastered with Pebble Sheen and filled with municipal water. The installer told me not to add chlorine for three days, but the the Pebble Tech web site doesn't mention this.

Will my CH come up to 200 on it's own from the new plaster or should I add some Calcium Chloride?
I used Triclor tabs on my last pool finish and still have some, will these provide enough CYA or should I add CYA?

during the plaster cure time, I'd follow the installer's recommendations... The CH will come up, but you don't want it to leach out of the plaster to fast (not at all)
I'd use the triclor, and see how much CYA it adds- almost as much as Cl! I think its like 6-8 ppm per 10k gal, so 3-4 for you; if you have 10 pucks left, that should put you at the low end of where you want to be, I think...
Curing your plaster is critical, though, so don't add anything different from what the installer said for the cure period!
If you use the trichlor, keep a good eye on your pH, since it will tend to fall.....

Jan's right, but the GOOD news is that the plaster curing will tend to raise your pH, so they may well balance each other out.
Just test your pH daily and your CYA weekly. Test your CH as well--your goal is a CH between 200 and 400, and you are at 150 now.
If CH keeps rising, I wouldn't worry, but if it falls consider adding calcium either as calcium flakes or as Cal-Hypo. The latter is sold as chlorine, but adds calcium.
WARNING: DO NOT MIX CAL-HYPO AND OTHER CHLORINE IN THE SKIMMER OR IN CHLORINE FEEDERS! VERY DANGEROUS! However, adding Cal-Hypo powder directly to the pool water is perfectly safe.
