Liner pads
I am replacing my above ground liner and am considering a pad for the bottom. Does anyone have any experience with these? When the pool was installed the material used for the base had several pointy stones that eventually worked their points upward. None came through but they can be painful to step on. I was planning on raking out the bed to remove as many as possible and am debating the resurfacing options that i have found here (old liner bottom, sand, powdered cement, lime etc) bugt cannot fing any mention of these pads by anyone.
Thanks

Re: Liner pads
We're replacing our 10yr old pool and using the same sand that was put under it and of course supplementing with a bit more. Sand, sand sand and the pool installer will only use sand. Rake out the stones, put 2-6" of sand on top. Let us know what you decide, and how it works out pls.
