Started by CNeumann--drop in steps

Hi! Here's my question:
My husband and I bought a home with an existing decked-in above ground pool. We want to replace the steps that were here when we bought the home. Our problem is that we have now discovered that nobody seems to make drop-in steps for a 36" deep above ground pool. Which is what we have. All the steps (Confer, Blue Wave, etc.) are made for pools at least 48" deep. If we got those steps, they would stick up above the top of the pool, look crummy, and probably trip people stepping both in and out of the pool. So... Does anyone know of any drop-in above ground pool steps suitable for pools that are 36" deep? The actual height to the lip of the pool is 40", but the water is 36" deep. Thanks!
