Another eyeball/circulation pattern question

I can't find it in the forums anywhere, but what is the best way to set up the eyeballs for optimal skimming in my pool? I have an approximately 20 x 40" pool, wider at the shallow end. I have a spillover spa angled toward the shallow end and two eyeball returns on the wall opposite the spa that point toward the deep end. The skimmer is on the same wall as the spa but in the deep end. I was hoping this would set up a circular flow utilizing the spillover water in the circulation pattern.
