Finally was able to register. I have found the information presented in this forum to be of great use over the past few years. I am excited to be able to participate here. :D I go by JJ often. I am an Attorney in OKC these days.

I have an in ground approximately 8,500 gallons. (12x24ish 6 feet deep at the deepest point. Vinyl with cantilever edge and insulated concrete coating for cool feet. ;) Still using Chlorine tabs in an off line feeder but am looking into the SW systems. Using the Hayward Super Pump with a hayward DE Filter and one MASSIVE Hayward Heater that will cook this thing like a hot tub. :)

Thanks for all the help in the past. Just wanted to introduce myself.

J.J., welcome to PF!!

Other than the heater (the ones I've been mostly working with for the past 10 years are Sta- Rite) your pool sounds like one of ours - so if you need any help with it, I'm CERTAIN I can help you!

(My lawyer just told me I'm not allowed to talk to other lawyers, however, I'll make an exception for you) :p ;) :D

That lawyer was Correct and has provided sage advice. :D Thanks for all the replies.

Waste, that's just because he thinks you might pick up a lawyer joke he hasn't heard yet!

Why can lawyers swim in shark-infested waters? Professional courtesy!
