I have a Jandy Aqualink and for three years I've had solar panels wired into it. They always show on the link as Solar Heat, but all of a sudden they disappeared from the menu and I don't have a clue as to why or how to get them back.
At first I thought maybe a power surge just wiped them out and I'd turn on one of the AUX and see if that would do it (and then would have to label them or some such) but none of the AUX seem to turn them on. Besides, that wouldn't just hook in the temp sensor of the panels to the system, would it? In the past I could set the solar heat on and they would turn on and off depending on the temp sensor.
Could it just be that the temp sensor failed and thus the panels disappear when that happens? I'm at a bit of a loss as to where to even start to troubleshoot this (and would rather not call the pool folks if I can help it, as they charge about four times what it *should* cost for just about anything).
