Problem with DE filter-

My pressure is 30psi. i backwash and it goes down but rises very quick. the leaf catcher at the filter only fills half way with water.


im new at this and need some help to why this is happening.

Took the bull by the horns and cleaned the fingers inside the filter-

all is well.
