JHow do I remove the motor on my Jaccuzi Magnum Force pump

I have the ring off. Read where "comes off with no tools" but can't figure what else to do. Have looked all over: no additional screws etc?!

I believe I have seared a key on the shaft of the pump and want to inspect it before I order a new replacement pum. Son's birthday pool party Saun and need to get this pump back up and running. TY!MB

Can't help you on the pump but just wanted to say Welcome to the Forum. Someone who knows that pump should be along shortly.
