Just opened my pool and the water is green

What would be the best way to clear this up? I have a 24' AG. Do I just skip the starter kit and add 2 bottles of bleach a day with the pump continuously running?

Two bottles of bleach may or may not be enough. You need to test and keep the CL level very high. I think 25ppm is recommended. That may require as much as two bottles of bleach a day. Brush the pool at least once a day and run the filter continuously. The water color will change fairly quickly but it will take another day or two of bleach and brushing before all the algae is dead and gone. You'll know it's dead when your CL test levels stop falling. Then you just need patience while the filter works to get it all out. Good luck, I hope this helps!

What we really need to be able to help is a complete set of current water testing results taken with a drops-based kit, not test strips. Repost with that info and we'll help you get this cleared up.
