We have always had an issue with low flow on our pool pilot. The screen is never clogged. But we end up jiggling all the wires and connections and usually can get the unit to turn on. Tonight we decided to take the trisensor apart to see if there was debris inside. My husband noticed that on the trisensor cord that there are 6 connectors with sleeves in them, one is missing a sleeve. Now when he tried to put the unit back together its not responding. My question is are there suppose to be 6 connectors? And if yes can we purchase a new cord. Is this a warranty item? Any thoughts.

Thanks

Check in the tri-sensor to make sure you also see 6 pins. If there are 5, there is one broken off in the tri-sensor cord...and may be giving you the low flow condition.

Yes the tri-sensor cord can be replaced.
Yes, if the tri-sensor has a broken pin, it can also be replaced, but is not covered under warranty.
