Is there a rule of thumb for filter size? Currently I am using a 36 sqft DE filter system and am thinking that I may need to go larger. I suspect my pool, a Lazy L, 18' x 34' x 43' (3.5 to 8 ft deep) need something larger for adequate filtration.
