Sticking valve

Hey all, I did my 1st pool opening with no real problems except 1 valve is sticking a little. I can open and close the valve but it is difficult. Is this something I can clean and any info on how would be great. The pool is in its 4th season and its a jandy valve. All the red handles broke:mad: so I am trying to find replacements for them. Thanks in advance:)
