I have cloudy water for a few days, the I noticed some algae on the bottom floor of the deep end. I have had my FC up to 15 for a few days and brushed well last night vacummed the night before and stirred up alot of stuff.

Now my water has a green tinge but not bad, can see the drain in the deep end but still not crystal clear.

Should I try some polyquat or just keep hammering the bleach every eve?

Polyquat is a pretty good preventive, but it won't do much once you have algae. Keep hammering it with bleach. Are you only adding bleach at night? You need to test at least twice a day while you are fighting algae and three times a day is even better. Each time, add enough bleach to take it back up to shock level and run your pump 24/7.

I agree that it is a pain to have to check it so often. But, the key to killing algae is to sustain the high cl reading. If you let it bounce up and down, you will never kill it. Good luck. Keep us posted how things are going.
