What to do first??

Hi all,
We just opened our pool and I am not sure in what order or exactly how to adjust the chemicals I shocked the pool when I opened it last week It was really clear but got a lot of use over the last two days and seemed a little cloudy, here are my readings

22,000 gal ig vinyl liner
87 degrees
cl .5
ph 6.8
ta 40
ch 90
cya 65

that is everything I checked, I dont know if I should check anything else

Seems as if you need to get your pH and Cl up to proper levels ASAP for starters. If these two things aren't correct then nothing will go right.

I would use Borax Washing soda to raise your alk to around 90 and your pH to at least 7.0---anything below that can damage your liner. Also add approximately 6 gallons of plain, unscented ultra bleach to get your chlorine up to shock level. That'll get you started!
