Solar cover use -- bubble side down?

I just bought a blue solar cover for my pool over the internet which came with no instructions. It has a flat side, and a "bubble" side. I was wondering, which way should I put it on the pool? Bubble side down?

Bubble side down! Otherwise all sorts of junk will collect that can wash off the smooth side.

And if you're putting down turf, green side up!:D

Now you tell me, damn it! I bought all that sod and put it in green side down. Guess I will be busy tomorrow reverseing it ;)
