HI All,
Bought my regular poolbuster max last year. It worked great but I pulled it out this year and it didn't work so I sent it back to Watertechcorp.
They called me the day after they received the unit and said there was a faulty switch that they would repair and were also going to replace the motor box but wanted to know if I would pay the difference of $60 for the Max CG motor since the standard motor was still covered under warranty. My Momma didn't raise a dummy so I took that deal.
Anyway I got it back today but I couldn't use it. They forgot to pack my parts (filter bag, and nozzle snout among a few other things). I sent an email to them at 2:00pm and got a reply at 5:00pm stating that they would send the parts out next day air + Saturday delivery so I could have it for the long weekend at their expense. :eek:
That is amazing service in my opinion and makes me feel good about buying the Blue Diamond.
Just thought I'd share my story. A++ operation all the way.
