Just an FYI for all those who are still waiting on Ben's kit. (I'm one of them)
I ordered a Taylor Complete 2005 testing kit with 2 oz. reagents for $94.99 shipped to my door. I ordered it on 5/16/07 online from Water Warehouse and I will get it today 5/17/07. I know it's a little more expensive but at least I know I'm going to get it.
Happy Testing!:D

Good job! If you set up an account at Lincoln Aquatics you can get the Taylor K-2006C (FAS-DPD w/2oz bottles) on sale for about $93 delivered, another good deal.

I think this is the smaller bottles, but a good price nontheless. I ordered mine from them last year with a quick response.

I agree, Taylor's awesome..
I ordered a K-2005 for $56.50 after seeing it at a pool store for $82.10 and had it within 2 days. Outstanding!

I totally agree re: Taylor as a retailer. They ship quickly (and at reasonable rates).
I ordered refills for my PS233 (needed several reagents and some DPD powder) from Taylor. They are slightly higher than Ben's prices on his refills, but of course you know which one you'll get first ;)

Just ordered the refill items I needed from Rec-Supply.... dunno what's up with Ben but can't seem to get any responses to my emails there and his shopping cart doesn't seem to be working.
Too bad, I'd rather support Ben's business but I need what I need :-)
Cheers,
Lloyd

If you go direct http://www.taylortechnologies.com/ the shipping is free for orders over $70.00 and delivery has never been longer than 1 working day. I believe all Ben's kits are Taylor reagents repackaged.
In addition there are some very knowledgeable people in there customer service and tech service departments. I have had quite a few questions answered by them. Never have they NOT RESPONDED to a call or message.
