What is everyone using as an CYA level with Aquarite. I think I was around 40 last year, but thought I would try 30 this year which is what it is at right now. The manual says 80, but that seems high to me.

Generally 70-80 during the summer months. I'm currently at 40. Increasing the CYA just helps the chlorine residual stick around longer and reduces the load on the cell.

keep mine between 60-80 and it's been fine with fc at about 3

I run mine at 40 ppm, 40% and run the pump 6 hrs/day. Seems to keep up fine. I prefer a lower CYA because high CYA causes:

Accelerates plaster erosionCells are cheaper than a plaster job! I've had mine running since last year, and have yet to trip the hour limit that tells you to clean the cell.
