I know there have to be a ton of others out there. I paid by PayPal back in August and have tried emailing Ben several times with no response. I really love this forum and how everyone helps each other out, but I feel ripped off. If you are experiencing the same thing, please post so we can see how big this problem really is.

You both may want to go to: http://www.poolforum.com/pf2/showthread.php?t=6176&page=6 to post the particulars of your situation. All pages in the thread list others with the same problem, but there's now a running tally of just how big the problem really is.
