"Two weeks ago, Aquarius customers and subcontractors were stunned after the longtime swimming pool company abruptly shut its doors, stopping construction of dozens of pools throughout the Sacramento region. Fifty to 60 homeowners and at least a dozen subcontractors were affected.
Looking to recoup money for their work, a number of subcontractors have slapped real estate liens on homeowners."
