OK- Got a quote today - I know that there is a lot of different prices based on geography, but wanted to know what everyone thought.

14x28 Fiberglass Kidney from Leisure Pool in Outback Blue
12, 400 gallons - 75 linear ft

What are your thoughts and where are my negotiating points, if any. I know the company subs his concrete work. They are a very reputable company and carry all of the licenses and insurance needed.

Looking for any pitfalls and advice on size, equipment, all opinions will be accepted.

I don't know about pricing, but I have learned from this forum that it is a good idea to put in writing: completion dates...
if the PB says it'll take 7 days to do such & such... then you write up clauses ( for PB signature), if such & such isn't completed in 12 days, then I reserve the right to charge X amount per day until completed.
This seems to really help keep everything moving along on schedule.
