Has any one had any success using BBB in a hot tub? I am currently using Baquacil (Yes it sucks...) I used to use Bromine but it would seem to make me break out in a rash every once in awhile. I use the tub a lot. Baquacil has keep the tub rash free for a few years but it is almost always cloudy which kind of give me the creeps...Not to mention the (6) DIFFERENT bottles of crap that I have to stock...

Also, How about salting a hot tub up to 2500PPM? Would that be damaging to the guts of the tub?

BBB should work fine in a hot tub....as far as the salt...My acrylic hot tub shares the same pump, filter and SWCG as my pool and my salt level is currently 3600 ppm with no ill effects. Except for the fact that my chlorine is generated by the SWCG and not by bleach I DO use the BBB method!

BBB works fine in hot tubs. A tablespoon or so of bleach right after you use it every day is all you need.

Never buying bromine tablets again.......
