I heard It was going to be 100 plus heat index so I turned OFF the Solar and fashioned up a YANKEE INGINUITY pool shade and today it kept my pool at a nice 84 degrees. It is actually a 60% greenhouse shade material. I took it off my greenhouse when I threw in the towel on my TOMATOES that were eaten buy HUGH HORNWORMS. It's a hack job but its only for a week. I don't care what the neighbors think!

The fabric looks cool and space age ! where did you get it? It would be great to keep stuff out of deep end of our pool!!!!!

Yea Yea, It is 60% ALIUMINET SILVER. They have all kinds of colors now, blue would look good on the pool and maybe only 50% since it's kinda dark under there, but I swear the pool didn't get over 84 today. Last week it was up to 90 with no solar on. It started at 82 this morning and was 84 this aft.
My 6 yr old said, Dad the water sooo cold, I'm like you don't know how good you got it! He's used to like 86, SPOILED!

I love it, we get inovative around here when it comes to giving the horses shade. We breed Arabians and try to keep them shaded at all times.

Looking good, Dennis
