My pool has been green now for about three days and I can not get it clean. I have added algaecide and shock it to it, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I am reading information about adding bleach to your pool, but I have always been told not to this because it would weaken my liner. What should I do. My chlorine level is normal, but my pH is low, which is normal for my pool. I have never had it be in needed range since I have had my pool. Can someone please help me, we are missing some really good pool days.

We cannot tell you what to do without your numbers. "Normal" to the pool store may be the problem. Please post FC (free chlorine), TC (total chlorine), PH, ALK, CA, and CYA.
What did you "shock" with?
Bleach=chlorine. Chlorine comes in many forms - bleach is one, pucks are one, shock is one, liquid chlorine is another, and so on. Most have other ingredients that can affect your pool - bleach doesn't have all the "extras" (extras can cause problems).
Once you have posted your numbers and you have a DROPS based test kit - (you can get a 6-way test kit from Wal-Mart for about $15 OR better yet get a good Taylor kit or Ben's kit on http://www.poolsolutions.com) - then we can tell you what to add and when.
**The low PH will hurt your liner - not chorine from bleach**
