I'm a brand new pool owner; ONLY ONE MONTH:

came home today to find my vinyl liner on my in ground pool pulling away all over the pool ;it squooshy under there; I assume there is a hole in the liner and water is leaking under. All the pool stores are closed at this hour; I need advice as to what to do right now. turn all the pumps off? let the level drop?

do you have any idea what it will entail to fix this?

please answer me soon as I am quite freaked out; I have owned this house for one month only. pool is 2 years old.

Could also be hydrostatic pressure - this happens to a lot of people in spring when groundwater levels are higher than normal.
If you have a leak, then your water level should drop, if it hasn't, then it's likely hydrostatic pressure. Has it rained lately?
Most IG pools have a sump pit with either a wellhead to stuff a hose down to pump out or allready have an actual submerged pump in the pit with a hose or piping emtying somewhere in the yard.
Probably, your liner is floating up and away from the sides because of all the water collecting under it.

Should I have the leak detection people come check it out to make sure there is no leak in the liner or system? and if there is not, then have this pump installed? who would install this, the pool company?

PS.. the squooshiness went down over night after I turned the pumps off. what does that mean?
