I can't seem to find out where to buy this testing kit, or a 'better' one. Can I send someone an email? Please advise.

Doug, go to poolsolutions.com and you should be able to find it, it's also the place to go and read everything so that you'll be "on the same page" as everyone else here. Welcome to the forum, if you need more assistence, just ask - Waste :)
