First time pool owner with new pool ( has had water in it for 3 weeks). It is approx. 22,000 gal IG, diamond brite finish, pool pilot dig220 swcg, sand filter. Water has been clear, haven't had any problems. Have to add 1/2 jug of acid every other day to stay on top of ph, which sounds normal for a new finish from other posts I've read.

Results with PS234S:

FC 6
CC 0.5
TC 6.5
pH 7.6
Alk 100
Cal 220
Cya 25
temp 85
Salt 3600

The chlorine is up because I had hit the boost over the weekend for 24 hrs, but it did the 72 hr boost instead. It still hasn't come down. The test strips I was using showed low Cya but I was waiting to get test kit to check before adding more, becasue the pool builders said it was 60.

I have turned the swcg down and was going to add the Cya to bring it up, then bring up the alk. Sound like a good plan?

In my not-so-expert opinion, I think your numbers look pretty good. :D
