it got really hot, then very cold here and I didn't adjust my inline cl feeder, and as a result, my cl went very high. I have a whitish liner with blue border and it didn't bleach it, but it took a while for the cl to come down.

In the meantime, my main drain covers and eyeball fittings turned kinda yellowish....I thought that if I would have "bleached" them, they would have been white.......My liner is AOK just the plastic fittings turned yellowish.
My steps are AOK.

does anyone know how to get the fittings white again..? Thanks.

If you got a yellowish stain when the chlorine levels were high I would suspect iron. Try holding a vitamin C tablet on the stain. If it is iron it will disappear in a very short time. If it does read the metals section of the forum for advice on using ascorbic acid to remove iron staining.
