I have used the basic five bottle kit bought at Leslie's for years.
Unfortunately the lid fell off & got lost so there went the instructions. I've forgotten how to do Ph etc, I know it's five drops from #2 but not sure if anything else needed ! Similarly TA etc.
It looks identical to this:

Just bought five new bottles & realized I'd forgotten all except basic Cl2 test :eek:
Can anyone help, please ?

You might be able to go to Leslie's website and find the kit that you have been using, look at the picture, and then go to the Taylor website and match up the picture. Or, match up the kits between the two webpages somehow else. Taylor puts the instructions on their items web page. Leslie's kits are made by Taylor.

I couldn't find anything online on the Poolmaster kit. Unless someone who owns one will scan the instructions, you're best bet may be to head to a pool store, find a test kit like that, and make some notes.
Normally, you do 5 drops/cap and invert for CL and ph. There may be an acid demand test which has you counting drops added to the completed ph test to determine how much acid to add, but that test is pretty rarely used. TA tests vary, but typically have you adding 5 drops of one agent, possibly two, and then counting drops of an indicator reagent. You'll multiply the number of drops by some number - the number varies depending upon the reagent... all of mine are 10.
Of course, you could just return the replacement reagents and pop for a new kit...

I have that kit.
For PH, you add pool water in the big vial to the top indicator line. Then add 1 drop of solution #4 (chlorine neutralizer), swirl, then add 5 drops of #2, the phenol red. Swirl and compare to get reading.
For Alk, you add pool water in the big vial to the bottom indicator line. Then add 1 drop of solution #4 (chlorine neutralizer), swirl, then add 1 drop of solution #5 (the blue alk one) and swirl. Then start adding and counting drops of solution #3, swirling between each drop, until the water clears. Multiply the # of drops x 10 to get the alk reading.
Those are the ones I run. I can get you the acid demand test if you'd like.
