Anyone Have Experience With Realpooldeals.com?

used to be called coolpooldeals up until earlier this year i think. they have a great price on a laars pool heater compared to other sites i've seen but would like to find out if the company is respectable in all regards..they did respond quickly to an email i sent last night with questions on shipping to canada and altitude which has impressed me so far.

I bought a solar heater from them back in May. I had no problems other than the four hose clamps were missing. I didn't realize this until the weekend I was installing it so I just got some locally and didn't bother contacting them about it since it was only a couple of bucks.

thanks a bunch peter..i just ordered a pool heater from them for 1,000 bucks all in..but i put it on my visa for now just in case..but, talked to them 3 or 4 times in past few days and they seem like good guys.

just wanted to give realpooldeals props for terrific communication so far in the deal. he's called to leave me updates on shipping on the heater and a high altitude kit which jandy needs to drop ship from their location. and ian provided trucking company and tracking info promptly as well. so far so good assuming the heater is in good shape upon arrival, etc.
