I have been reading thru the forums for days and decided on Tahitian 54’. Does any one know if this is a quality pool? I am thinking about buying an oval 15 x 26 or 15 x 30. Thank you. :)

I don't know anything about the tahitian, however, looking at the features and warranty, this pool sounds solid and well manufactured and Sharkline is pretty well known.
Although not necessary in today's times, the SS equip panel is a sign of a good quality pool. Can't really go wrong with a 60 yr warranty, and by the sounds of it, the bottom plates having a lifetime warranty is also not too shabby.
The basics that come with it from these guys look good:

Now please don't go and make teh following purchases:
N2 system - DON'T do it
Chlorinator - not needed with the BBB method, at worst case a floating chlorinator is all that is needed when you're on vacation and unable to look after the pool for 1-2 weeks.
The 21" sand filter is a good size, however, you may want to upgrade to a 2 spd pump.
Depending on what how and when you are adding a deck or platform, I also highly recommend staying away from the basic ladder and upgrading to something you like better right away, even though they're basic, those ladders still cost a lot and putting that money to an upgraded ladder will benefit you lots. If you have little ones that will learn in this pool, a wedding cake ladder is great since they can "hang out" on it during their early years.
