When I moved into my house with a pool, I noticed the light had water in it and didn't work. I didn't get around to checking it out for months but when I pulled out the light assembly, I found that the wire had been cut completely. The liner was changed 7 years ago so they may have done it then or maybe they just got tired of blowing lamps. Is there any way to fix this other than partial draining and installing a new niche? A light would be nice but it isn't worth spending a fortune on.
